2017
FOUNDATION
In December2017 laid down the foundation of NEWENERGY. • Share Capital: €10000 • Workshop: Varedo (MB): 900 m2
2018
Certified
• ISO 9001 • ISO 14001 • ISO 18001 Raised Share Capital to: € 100.000
2019
Certified
• ISO 1090-EXC 1/2/3 • IS0 3834-2 Raised share capital to: € 205.000
2020
The Milestone
Raised share capital to € 250.000. A further raise in share capital to give more stability to our valued business partners.
2021
The Milestone
In 2021 acquired a NEWWORKSHOP of 4800 m2 in DESIO (MB). Moved to DESIO with an improved and much bigger facility compared to Varedo to serve more efficiently with improved quality. Acquired EMMEBE S.r.l and merged it as internal BUSINESS UNIT to provide solutions for Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers.
2022
The Milestone
In 2022 acquired NEWWORKSHOP in Muggio a dedicated and separate workshop for carbon steel fabrication and assembly. NEWENERGY is committed to achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining its reputation as a leading system integrator.
