WELLHEAD CONTROL PANEL

NEW ENERGY designs, manufactures and installs different types of wellhead control panels (WHCP) both onshore and offshore production facilities essential for the control, monitoring and safety of oil and gas production wells. Our professional team has more than 30 years of intensive experience in the design, manufacturing, supply and commissioning of WHCP. Our tailor-made panels enable safe operation of the actuated safety valves in the oil and gas production Xmas trees and flowlines by providing clean, hydraulic power and reliable operating and control features.

EXPERTIES

We specialize in Single, Multi, PLC and HMI programming based, solar powered and self contained wellhead control panels, which meet the highest standards of safety, performance and reliability. Our solutions are customizable for single and multiple wells ranging from pneumatic controls to an RTU based solution, on offshore platforms and even in hostile environments.

SINGLE WELL CONTROL PANEL

  • Suitable for any type of well to operate one subsurface safety valve and up to two hydraulic or pneumatic actuated surface safety valves.

MULTI WELL CONTROL PANEL

  • Multi well has same characteristics of the single-well panel but it also capable to control safety valves on multiple wells. NEW ENERGY’s designed multi-well control panels can be incorporated with removable and interchangeable well control modules, each controlling a single well which could easily separated and removed.
