PRELIMINARY COST EVALUATION:

  • The Pre-evaluation of the technical specification according to the prevailing European and American standards
  • The development of bill of material according to Bidding vendor list.
  • The commercial evaluation of the received quotation.

PROCUREMENT:

It is important to highlight that the all the Procurement Activities are carried out inaccordance to the company procedures and quality procedures ISO 9001 standards, while forthose jobs where the Procurement is done on the customer’s behalf, procurementprocedures dedicated to the specific job are agreed with the customer and carriedaccordingly.

  • The issuance of enquiries in accordance with internal procedures and technical requirements;
  • The economic evaluation of received quotations, after the technical evaluation and delivery time.

  • The sourcing and procurement of materials both in the domestic and international markets through a network of ISO certified suppliers.
